The driving force behind the company is Dr Emmanuel Mutale BSc MSc PhD MSIZ. Dr Mutale is a licensed land surveyor, a full member of the Survey Institute of Zambia and one of the most highly qualified and experienced Zambian land surveying professionals. As well as a diploma from the Zambia Institute of Technology, Dr Mutale holds a degree in Surveying and Mapping Sciences, a Masters degree in International Land Management and a Doctorate in Urban Management all from the University of East London in

the UK. Other qualifications held by Dr. Mutale are a diploma in management from Oxford Brookes University and a certificate in project management awarded by the Association of Project Management.

Dr Mutale is a hard-working practitioner with an enviable track record of executing large land surveying projects in Zambia. Notable corporate clients include: National Housing Authority and several local authorities such as Lusaka City Council, Kafue District Council, Mongu District Council, Chipata District Council and Livingstone District Council.

In addition, he is also a strong academic, well published and boasts of an illustrious career in the UK undertaking and managing large social policy research projects in the fields of urban land policy, urban regeneration, drugs, crime and education.
